Be sure to add the "1-716" if you are calling long distance. If you are using a High Speed modem you need to change the modem in the box that says Hayes compatible 2400 baud modem. Just click in the"Setup" box (You should enter your requested User ID and Password at this point) then click the "Change" box enter 1 and area code 716 before the phone number. If you have a High speed modem (over 2400 baud). Hold the mouse down on the modem box to see what other modem configurations are available. Select your modem. If you do not see your modem try the Hayes Ultima/Optima selection.
